HowDoWe, Inc. is an organization dedicated to making a positive impact on society. We work exclusively with public schools to help fund capital improvement projects in order to benefit the students, schools, and immediate community. We focus on improving education because we believe that, a well educated individual, is how society can progress towards a better future. We are working with Chicago Public Schools as our first projects and the state of Illinois is amidst a budget crisis and in return, students and communities are suffering. HowDoWe wants to be the change, the new way for public schools to maintain sustainability and success among their students. The founders, Michael Anderson and Brian Letzter, have unique backgrounds that they bring to the organization. Michael Anderson comes from a corporate background (finance) and had the realization that he would rather have a positive impact on society and be happy on a day to day basis. Brian Letzter was previously in the United States Army as a Cavalry Scout (operations), serving one tour oversea's in Iraq, and then went to college after he was honorably discharged. With the unique backgrounds of the team, the culture of HowDoWe is hard working, dedicated, motivated, and open to all communication and thoughts.
