HourVoice is a free mobile app that empowers workers by:
- Calculating their hours and gross pay
- Providing employer ratings and recommendations
- Educating them on their rights
- Brokering access to advocates

HourVoice guides worker advocates (customers) by:
- Collecting worker-supplied data on working conditions
- Providing data and analytics to identify bad employers, disaffected workers, and issues

Labor organizations will more easily identify “hotspots” and get brokered, opt-in access to workers. Organizing costs will drop significantly, and effectiveness should increase.

Plaintiff attorneys can more easily identify classes to represent.

Regulators can also use the data to identify violation patterns and trends, and make their enforcement efforts more efficient and effective.
