Our hotel partners release exclusive upgrades based on a guest's total nights, which can include multiple stays and rooms to increase their buying power and maximize their upgrade.

Guests view available upgrades on their mobile app, then are directed to the hotel's own website to confirm the reservation.

Hotels receive bookings through their preferred reservation channel with a low marginal upgrade cost. Guests value the added perks including additional bonus points, suite upgrades, Internet, parking, food, drink and more.
