Hot Route Analytics careers

Hot Route gives small colleges winning teams that they can rally around. We provide teams with analytic tools they can actually understand and use before and during the game to be better prepared for their next opponent and gain an advantage. Our company is for the 2.4M coaches and players who compete for baseball, basketball, and football teams below the NCAA D1 level. We began two years ago and have worked with 400+ college athletes and 12 college teams during our closed beta earlier this year. Our analytic tools helped users reduce their weekly research/scouting time by 90%, improve in-game player performance by 10%, and increased team wins by 15%. This ultimately helped teams increase their revenue and opportunities to go compete for larger universities. A quarter of our beta users paid $10/month before we concluded the trial in June. The success of our beta allowed us to develop a waitlist of 3,000 users across all three sports with most of these users being players. We have since launched the MVP of our online platform, HomeTeam, for NCAA users on October 4th and have already signed up 250 free users with plans to monetize next month.
