We have built a highly reliable system that can accommodate any table assignment changes in real-time without impacts on your staff's efficiency, or on your customers' online and offline experiences. The system will apply machine-learning techniques to analyze the impact of staff decisions and to learn customer behavior, in order to provide recommendations to the managers, instructions to the hosts or hostesses, and critical business insights to the owners.
