Jobs at Host Compliance

Host Compliance is a fast growing SaaS company on a mission to make the sharing economy work for everyone. We seek to do so by providing local governments with data, software tools and impartial advice on how to adopt and implement fair and equitable sharing economy related rules that best serve the needs of ALL constituents in their communities. In practice our software and services make a huge difference in thousands of people's lives as our solution allow cities and counties to protect affordable housing, preserve neighborhood character, ensure safety and remove red-tape and bureaucracy from their licensing and tax collection processes. We do all this by providing cutting edge big-data and artificial intelligence technologies packaged into easy to use software products that anyone (including our elderly parents) can use :-) As a workplace we are unique. For one everyone works from home! We do not have any offices and use chat technology and video conferences to get everyone aligned. Second, we only hire people who are self-directed and good at their job. Said differently, if you come work with us you will be surrounded by professionals that get stuff done and take pride in their job. Third, we expect and help everyone to learn and evolve their skills. As a fast growing startup our market and processes are in constant flux and to stay ahead we all need to learn new skills to stay ahead. If this sounds like a work environment you would thrive in we would love to learn more about you!
