• Sculpting the strategic business plan to maximize Hologic’s market share. You will develop and manage sales funnels to analyze, track and provide accurate forecasts.
• Crafting long-lasting relationships with our new and existing customers, becoming a trusted advisor and partner to key decision makers.

• Assist Territory Managers in driving growth across the product portfolio.
• Help develop and implement selling strategies and business plans to achieve/exceed quota and maximize market share within the assigned territory.

• Develop and own the global Commercial Solutions technology strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with Hologic's growth objectives.

• Lead and coordinate the global cash reporting process, including preparation and review of daily and weekly cash balance, liquidity, and debt schedules.
• Own daily cash positioning and short-term cash flow forecasting activities; analyze expected inflows and outflows, assess liquidity needs, identify material variances, and recommend appropriate actions.

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements, including field action management, product holds, and stop ships.

• Lead the definition of system requirements, use cases, and interfaces based on customer, business, and regulatory needs.

• Provide clinical expertise to drive growth and exceed company revenue goals across the BSH continuum of care.
• Develop, implement and drive selling strategies and business plans that achieve/exceed quota and maximize Hologic’s market share and margin in the territory.

• Performs complex experiments that may require support and coordination of other engineers or technicians.
• Actively participates in R&D projects by providing design input and ensuring projects can be translated into cost-effective production processes. Supports R&D in developing cost estimates for equipment, tools, and components.

• Develop an expert-level understanding of our products and how they’re used in clinical practice.

• Strong understanding of FDA Quality System Regulations, including Design Control requirements, ISO 13485, EU Medical Device Regulation, ISO 14971 (Risk Management), GMP, and GDP.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis tools, risk management principles, and compliance frameworks.
