Holo is a digital health company based in Sweden. Our mission is to stop unnecessary suffering and help individuals thrive. Our aim is to help deliver cost-effective, sustainable lifestyle-based treatments for the most common lifestyle-related chronic health problems – we are democratizing health through digitalized functional medicine!

Currently, we are focused on our b2b-offering. The Holo app is already being used by functional medicine clinics and health practitioners around the world to deliver powerful lifestyle change programs to their patients. We want to enable both practitioners and people with all the tools they need to effectively work on chronic health problems, primarily using behavior- and lifestyle changes.

We believe health is the foundation for literally everything: we need it to build our relationships, to perform physically and mentally, to innovate, to create, and to experience. It ripples out to every other part of existence. If we have our health, we can do anything.
