HOGARU careers

Hogaru is an office cleaning service for Latin America, targeting +6 million small and medium sized businesses in the region that need professional cleaning on a part-time basis. Rather than using contractors, Hogaru's cleaners are fully employed by Hogaru. And unlike other services companies, Hogaru invests heavily in a cleaner’s background check, training, compensation and benefits (e.g.: they provide micro-loans and access to education). Currently, Hogaru operates in 3 cities in Colombia (Bogotá, Medellin and Cali) with a team of +500 cleaners, serving over 2k clients and selling +80k hours of cleaning per month.
