Jobs at HITCH

The team is currently preparing for its initial launch in March. We are in the process of signing up 10 schools for a 3-month paid beta launch. We are also building the hardware and backend for the HITCH platform. We are looking to expand our team and bring on someone that can take over and lead the web design and possibly the front-end development. If you want to work on solving big problems and work with a team that is passionate and capable of solving those problems, then you will be a great fit for the HITCH team. We are based in Velocity Garage in the Communitech hub (located in downtown Kitchener, Ontario); which means we have access to a plethora of resources and mentors along with an amazing atmosphere for personal growth. You will have access to free utilities including a gym, a basketball court, a games room with ping pong tables and arcade games, great kitchens, and a Google slide - if you don’t feel like taking the stairs (The building used to be a Google office so the work environment is very fun and modern). The atmosphere is very welcoming and supportive, and you will get to work alongside other amazing startups in a great community. We are a small team of 3 people, so if there are other skills you are passionate about or want to learn, we will highly encourage you to grow these skillsets. We are more interested in getting someone with passion, drive, and a willingness to learn, than someone with all the qualifications.
