We are a group of international founders, who got together to tackle one of the hardest and biggest problems we could come across. "Why the f*ck is construction so hard to get right?!" We realised that it's because construction is pretty much the one industry, where technology didn't democratise the industry, but skewed it even more. Big companies can buy whichever tool, erp, tailor made solution they want. But smaller ones can't. These companies usually create a dysfunctional Frankenstein's monster of a Construction Management Software or ERP. Project Management from provider A, Accounting from provider B, and so on. This creates silos of information, that obstructs collaboration, and ultimately impacts the projected margins up to 60% and delivery time of the project of upwards of 25%. So we are focused on solving this, building a inclusive an fun environment whilst we do it. We don't believe that employees need to be in the office to accomplish this, so if you prefer to go to the beach, and work from there, by all means; as long as your complete your responsibilities.
