Founders of these businesses rely on patching together a finance stack from multiple providers for banking, accounting, tax and credit — none of which are designed for their needs. This results in the founder manually having to figure out budgeting, cash forecasting etc creating a huge challenge — especially in ecommerce where working capital is critical.

Our small but mighty team comes from places like Shopify, Square, Toast, and Meta. We have raised $7M in equity from Mayfield and FirstMark and a $10M debt line. We are are based in New York and Toronto.
