• Backend Development: Expertise in either Ruby on Rails (RoR) or Node.js/Express is essential. The ideal candidate should be open to working with both technologies as needed.
• Frontend Development: Strong proficiency in frontend technologies is a must. We primarily use React, Next.js, or even HTML/CSS/JavaScript will be highly valued.

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
• Develop and maintain scalable software solutions with Ruby on Rails as the core technology stack.

Responsibilities:
• Algorithmic Problem Solving: Demonstrate proficiency in solving complex algorithmic
problems and challenges.
• Tool Development: Contribute to the design and development of tools that will aid learners
in their competitive programming and interview preparation journey.
