HardLoop manages everything from Scheduling, Billing/Collections, and Phone Support for groups of clinicians throughout Southern California. We take a customer-centric approach to ensure that there is a dedicated Client Support team that will manage all patient interactions for the medical groups we service. Using multiple technology platforms we are looking additional team members who are quick learners, interested in technology, and looking to provide excellent customer service and work in an exciting and busy start-up healthcare environment.
