Harbor’s Sales Assistant takes over the burden of sales funnel from busy independent professionals. Like a human assistant, it tracks who the prospects are, when to contact them, and what to say. Then it delivers messages automatically via e-mail, text, and voice.
It is ready “out of the box,” with pre-built proprietary workflows and pre-written marketing content modeled after the best-practices for our verticals. On top of these workflows, we selectively layer natural language processing to enable more natural human interaction & messaging. Our goal is for the assistant to be able to independently manage the entire sales funnel (except for live sales meetings) in >90% of cases.
