Hallspot gives small bars, restaurants, and cafes CRM software to track, analyze, and ultimately bring back their physical customers.

Website owners have in-depth, actionable CRM software on their virtual customers. Starbucks has internal CRM software on their physical customers, but the majority of physical businesses have zero CRM on their physical customers. 

We're a marketplace start-up, with both businesses and mobile users in each market. Businesses create deal campaigns and send them to users through the Hallspot mobile apps. Users redeem deals, providing analytic data. We additionally collect location data with beacons, among other data endpoints, aggregating into a real-time, actionable snapshot of a businesses' physical customers, ultimately leading to more heads through their doors.

Initially focusing on college campuses, we've tailored our CRM platform around insights into the student body.
