The business is in growth mode, easily scalable with ecommerce sales via direct shopify website (hailprotector.com) and via Amazon Store. Fulfillment centers, in the USA and overseas, manage order fulfillment and enable the company to benefit from very low customer shipping rates. Mature supply chain developed over 8 years since business inception in 2011. Now on pace for between $1.2M and $1.3M income in 2019, the asking price of $1.49M represents tremendous value to the acquirer at between 1.1x and 1.2x 2019 revenue and a six year compound annual growth rate of 70%.
