We are shaking up a $300 billion domestic legal market that has gone far too long without meaningful innovation. Our early user base is thrilled with the product, we have a clear path to monetization, and we are putting final touches on it for beta launch. We are looking for developers to help us increase adoption and develop new features in response to customer feedback We value agility and autonomy -- we need people who can take guidance and run with it. That means prior experience scaling web startups and/or a demonstrated record of success on projects is important. We are still a small team that can offer meaningful equity. Skills needed for VP, UX engineering positions: Full stack Ruby on Rails developer: -Proficient with with single-page web application development with Javascript frameworks such as ember.js. -Familiar with search engine technologies such as Elasticsearch and/or Solr. -Familiar with PostgreSQL. -Demonstrates good UI/UX sense, though not requiring you to be a designer.
