Gush is already a great product, but we have a lot left to build. Our product roadmap includes a number of exciting features that will be as much fun to build as they will be to use. And given our growth rate, lots of thorny scaling problems are waiting for us just around the corner (we've already started to run into a few). Engineers who join our team today will be taking on one of the most exciting and demanding jobs of their career. On the AI/ML front, we're conquering extremely challenging problems. We've conceptualized the question of taste in a unique way that sets us apart from current recommendation science; our novel taste assessment technique gets around the cold start problem and has a number of theoretical and practical advantages over today's leading approaches (such as matrix factorization and nearest neighbors). If you join our team on the algorithm front, you'll be working on methodologies that none of your friends have seen before – and we'll expect you to push the envelope even further.
