Ladore is owned by GTN Industries (gtnindustries.co). GTN Industries is a vertically integrated textile company (manufactures everything from yarn to finished garments) that has been around for over 40 years. The group employs over 4,000 people and an annual turnover of over 1,000 crores. It is a leading exporter of yarns and stylish finished garments to leading international labels across the USA, Europe etc.

Ladore is led by Prachi Patodia Saraf. Prachi has graduated from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania). She has extensive experience in apparel and fashion, first with brands in the US and then in various roles at GTN.
