Grunuss is a flat, founder-led organization built around a multidisciplinary founding team of four full- time C-suite professionals, supported by a planned scientific-software hire, four part-time collaborators, and an Academic Board of three internationally recognized professors. By the end of the 2026–2027 growth horizon, the team will scale to 20 full-time employees across machine-learning engineering, ma- terials science, cloud development, and international business development. Founder and CEO Amjad Abu-Aisha drives strategy, funding, partnerships, and commercialization. Co-founder and CTO Stanley (Jiasheng) Xie leads the platform’s technical architecture and R&D, bringing computational physics and quantum-computing expertise. Co-founder and CPO Moataz Dawor defines the product roadmap and the calibrated uncertainty-quantification modules, grounded in applied mathematics and stochastics. Co-founder and COO George G. T. Gasaya oversees operations, quality assurance, and experimen- tal protocols, with a background in chemical sciences. The Academic Board anchors scientific rigor: Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Abdel-Hafiez (Quantum Materials R&D Lead) validates predictive models from ex- perimental physics; Prof. Dr. Radosław Kycia (AI & Simulation R&D Lead) contributes advanced AI and physics-simulation expertise; and Prof. Dr. David López Durán (Scientific Advisor, Computational Quantum Chemistry) supports prediction validation and the synthetic–experimental transfer-learning pipeline.
