Our culture: Our culture is our most valuable asset and we are very serious about safeguarding and nurturing it. We only hire people who embody our core values and stand behind our core principles. Learn more about our culture to see if we're a good fit for each other. Local and global Our offices are in central London, but our workforce is distributed. We prioritise local hires, but we're willing to go further afield for the right person. We do most of our talking in Slack, Google Meet, and email, and we're adapting fast to the age of remote working. Flexible means flexible We don't just pay lip service to flexible working arrangements. We're not interested in how many hours you can spend sitting at your desk, either at home or in the office. You're the expert on how and when you do your best work. We're happy to facilitate.

Work from home

We aren't prescriptive about whether you need to be in the office or at home. If you've got some chores to bang out in the middle of the day, we'll see you when we see you!

25 days off + annual holidays

We offer 5 weeks off on top of any national holidays (bank holidays here in Europe, federal holidays in the US).

Weekly team lunch on griffin

Every Tuesday the team get's together (virtually) for lunch with whatever they're craving that day curtesy of Griffin.

Personal expense card

Companies waste a ton of time micro-managing employee expenses. We don't. Everyone gets a Pleo card with a £1,000 monthly limit and only one rule - use it in the best interests of the company.
