I joined Greyparrot due to its mission of applying technology to solve industry challenges which create a positive social impact for our society. Having worked here for the past year I can safely say this is not a marketing tagline but a strongly held belief that informs every decision. The company is now fully focused on the waste recycling industry which is going through a big transformation - it's exciting to see the positive response and understanding of the urgent need for this, across stakeholder groups from industry people to investors to everyday consumers. More importantly, I feel empowered to make big decisions and structure my day accordingly with strong guidance and leadership from our founders. The people I work with are supportive, patient, ambitious, intelligent and curious!
