Great Learning’s work culture and business ethos are driven by our core values. We believe: A.) Learning life-long is now the new normal in the Digital Economy. For nearly 6 years, we have been arduously chipping away at the considerable problem of providing relevant, world-class educational experiences to people who aspire to transform their career paths. Starting with a class of 28 learners in 2013, we now have over 12,000 alumni and over 6000 current students who have together received over 6 million hours of learning. These counting stats aside, what really puts a smile on our face is the email from yet another student who has taken a career leap after doing one of our programs, writing in to express their excitement and gratitude. These tokens of validation keep us focused on the magnitude of the task, and the opportunity ahead of us. We pride ourselves on the fact that, within a year of completing our programs, 2 out of 3 learners transition into the skill areas they studied at Great Learning. This is why some of the world’s foremost academic institutions such as Stanford University, IIT Bombay, The University of Texas at Austin, Great Lakes have chosen to collaborate with us to craft and offer rigorous, state-of-the-art programs in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Cyber Security, Design Thinking and more. Over the last year, our team grew from just over 100 to over 500 now. To all our new colleagues, we have had only one message: this is more than a job - you have strapped in for a Mission.
