Salad | Wellness for menstruators careers

Salad is a cycle-synced lifestyle planner for menstruators. We’re building for the 70% of Indian active menstruators, who are struggling with imbalanced hormones.

When we think of imbalanced hormones, we think of conditions such as PCOS, PMS, cramps, but hormonal imbalances can also lead to depression, hypertension, dysmenorrhea, hirsutism, weight fluctuations, low libido, autoimmune diseases, cancers etc.

The bad news is that if you are in a languishing or disordered state, you’ll be put on pills that suppress symptoms (read Birth control, supplements being sold by various D2C brands etc). If not, your problems will be normalised (read “pop a Meftal or sleep it off, all women experience period pain”).

The good news is that most conditions can be reversed and managed through lifestyle changes.

We’re building an app that uses principles of Tiny Habits, Bio-individuality, and Cycle-syncing to help make both short-term as well as lasting change towards healthy hormones.
