We tend to hire highly driven, organized team members with a passion for what they do. We try and establish clear boundaries, but also recognize that it's important not to set boundaries too rigid. That impedes progress. We hold each other to high standards and collectively jump into new projects and initiatives. We do weekly team meetings on Mondays and Fridays, as well as a happy-hour-and-activity once a week. Most of us are online and chat casually across channels, our communication and work style is informal :)
