GoGoBag is building the infrastructure layer for cross-border crowdshipping.

Every day, millions of travelers move between cities and countries with unused cargo capacity. At the same time, cross-border parcel delivery remains slow, expensive, and carbon-heavy due to hub-based logistics. The market already hacks itself through fragmented social media groups and informal driver networks. We are turning that chaos into a scalable marketplace.

GoGoBag connects parcel senders with verified travelers already heading in the right direction — enabling 3–5× faster delivery at a fraction of traditional costs, with ~99% lower incremental CO₂ emissions compared to multi-hub postal systems.

Since the August 2025 MVP launch, we’ve successfully validated our marketplace model and core demand. We achieved significant user traction and a steady flow of completed transactions, generating consistent GMV. With a robust network of active carriers now in place, we’ve also proven our environmental impact by effectively reducing carbon emissions.

Our model is simple and scalable: commission per transaction. The platform is currently free to accelerate liquidity. Post-expansion, we introduce a 10% commission per parcel with optimized CAC and strong LTV expansion through retention and network effects.

The founding team previously built and scaled high-load digital platforms used by millions, including city-grade GovTech infrastructure processing millions of transactions monthly. We understand scale, reliability, and marketplace dynamics.
