We all have shoes that we never wear. This leads to barely-worn shoes in landfills, tiring fashion decisions, and the pain of admitting you committed a fashion sin by buying things you never actually wore. This problem is particularly pervasive in high heels, where over the last three years we have worn out two pairs of trainers while the heels collected dust. Now that we are going out again, we are trying on the heels but we just can't make it out the door knowing that we are committing to an evening of foot pain.
