GoCarrot motivates end-users to have more workouts and healthier nutrition through gamification and peer-pressure. We sell it as a service to the healthcare payors (health plans and employers).

GoCarrot is motivation about carrot not the stick: ongoing encouragement and cheer-up from friends and family, reward from friends when the lifestyle challenge is completed/new healthy habit acquired (e.g. don’t drink sugar soda).

We got our first ~300 signed-up users for our Beta published on the AppStore (60% download to sign-up conversion rate). We made survey, individual interviews and checked screen-by-screen metrics. We've re-created the app layout for our next release to make it more intuitive and smooth on-boarding/user education process.
