Global Water Center (GWC) operates with a structured governance model to ensure effective leadership and strategic decision-making. The Board of Directors, composed of leaders from the water, engineering, management, and nonprofit sectors, provides strategic oversight and ensures alignment with GWC's core values of love, excellence, and integrity. The Executive Leadership Team, led by the CEO, manages daily operations and executes the Board's directives, while the Advisory Council, comprising experts from various sectors, offers specialized knowledge and advice on emerging trends and strategic partnerships. GWC's staff and consultants include professionals with expertise in rural water, water resources, management, education, and curriculum design for the WASH sector. With extensive experience in regions such as Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, they bring a global perspective to our initiatives. Our work focuses on accelerating the professionalization of the rural water sector through capacity development and technical assistance achieved through collective action. We are committed to innovation and collaboration, investing in technologies and methodologies, and working closely with governments, NGOs, and private sector partners to ensure sustainable solutions.
