Young jackfruit is naturally incredibly fibrous and when cooked it has the appearance and mouth-feel of pulled pork or braised beef - making it unlike any other meat-alternative currently available. All other meat-alt products are made from soy or gluten and are highly processed with a paragraph-long ingredient list. We offer a whole-food, clean ingredient product that can be used in place of meat in any recipe or dish. We currently have four flavors - BBQ, Tex-Mex, Sesame-Ginger, and Curry.
