Consumption of protein in the country has been on a decline for the past 3 decades. 73% of urban rich are protein deficient. The traditional notion that protein is only for gym-goers, lactating mothers or to be taken if prescribed still persists. Adults have realized the issue and are making conscious choices in their eating habits, while for kids, formats and taste are paramount factors while making snacking decisions. For mothers, inculcating new habits is tough, therefore we at Gladful are making protein-rich foods in routine snacking formats widely loved by kids! Our recipes are infused with both milk and plant-based proteins giving 20% protein RDA to the pre-teen kids.
