Culture and benefits at Give Lively

Culture overview

We are proud of our outwardly facing progressive values and abide by them internally as well. Since our founding, we have intentionally broadcast our commitment to foundational progressive values — such as racial equity, gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights, social and environmental justice and more — and require all use of our technology to be in step with them. We screen all prospective nonprofit members against them, approve only those whose work is in alignment with them and immediately terminate all uses of our tech if we discover cases that are not. These values are found here: givelively.org/values. We are just as adamant about applying these values to our internal operations. Specifically: * We observe equal employment opportunity policies that place primary emphasis on candidate qualifications; and our anti-harassment policies are designed to ensure a work environment free of discrimination. * We support the ongoing social and racial justice struggles in America as they seek positive change and work to redress deep imbalances. * We constantly work to enhance our internal DEI practices and policies, and strengthen our recruitment, hiring, onboarding and retention policies via an active internal DEI working group.
