There is little distance between an idea, the user, and the result. That makes the work fast, but it also makes accountability real. We question assumptions, test claims honestly, show our limitations, and correct what is wrong. The right person here is comfortable owning decisions, explaining trade-offs, and building tools that support human judgment rather than replace it.
