ServiceBot is a next generation software tool to manage home service businesses. While consulting for home service companies and then running our own we saw the pain point of not having the right system to manage an “in the field” service company. After using a couple of alternatives for our own business, we decided to build our own from scratch and the resulting product has produced some remarkable results for the service business. By integrating customer communication through SMS into the foundation of what we built we were able to increase lifetime value and reduce overhead costs.

Our current MVP solution is live and has the following functionality:
Customer management (CRM, SMS/email reminders, customer score)
Scheduling and dispatch (resource assignment, routing, scheduling)
Field Management software (GPS tracking, mobile web app)
Backend offices (schedules, billing, time sheets, reporting)
Service pro feedback (Uber style feedback through SMS, attendance, scores)
