getoperators is a marketplace of fractional executives and a retained executive search practice, based in London and serving the UK and internationally.

Fractional CFOs, CMOs, CTOs, COOs and other senior operators list themselves on the bench. Every profile is checked by a person against the operator's LinkedIn and CV before it is published. Companies browse the bench and engage an operator directly, and no commission is taken from
either side: the operator is never charged to list or to be booked, and the company is never charged to browse or to book.

The company charges for search. Operator Search is a fixed-fee service that maps the market and puts vetted operators in front of a company against a written brief. For permanent, full-time executive hires, getoperators runs a retained search on the conventional model through its
search partner.

getoperators also publishes an open dataset of UK fractional executive day rates covering eleven leadership seats, with the method stated and the data free to republish with attribution.
