Jayde is a new type of invoicing platform for freelancers and contractors who work with large companies. With Jayde, users can send and manage unlimited invoices for free. What makes Jayde different, is that it allows the freelancers to sell their invoices at any time and get their funds immediately instead of waiting for payment terms which tend to be around Net-60/90. Unlike services like lines or credit, Jayde bases the approval largely on the client’s ability to pay, rather than the user so credit scores and debt which usually hinder freelancers and small businesses are not an issue.

The invoices from these large companies are then sold on a marketplace where regular users can make small investments. For example, a $10,000 invoice from a Fortune 500 company would be broken down into 1000, $100 notes which anyone can buy and earn some interest on.
