Culture and benefits at Carefull

Hi, we're Carefull! We're a brand new company with a goal of making life easier for "financial caregivers" — adult children who help a parent with their day-to-day finances. Carefull was founded in the New York City area, but we have employees based in cities around the world, from Michigan to Montreal to Buenos Aires. Having a remote team means we work extra hard to create a communal culture on the team. When NOT living in a pandemic, we bring the whole team together in person at least once per quarter. In the interim, we convene through daily standups and monthly happy hours.
