The Opportunity

• Monitor critical applications and infrastructure such as Kibana, Firebase Crashlytics, APM tools, CloudWatch, etc., and proactively identify anomalies or service degradation.
• Manage end-to-end incident lifecycle: log, track, and resolve tickets, and provide RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and summary reports to stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in designing and being part of product development and release cycles.
• Proven solid, up-to-date understanding of best practices, developments and trends in mobile & web.

• Work from Home: Flexibility to work remotely while traveling to meet clients / attend industry events.
• Career Growth: Collaborate directly with the President, Founder, and CEO of the Company, helping to shape the Company’s growth trajectory.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and PostgreSQL.
• Apply strong database design principles, optimize queries, and ensure efficient use of PostgreSQL at scale.

• Monitor the critical applications and proactively notify whenever there is any deviation , to name a few like Kibana, Crashlytics, APM, Cloudwatch, etc.
• Open and track tickets through resolution and give summary reports to customers.
