Jobs at Genomic Prediction

There are a number of popular media pieces about us, but probably the most accurate is this one: economist.com/science-and-technology/2019/11/07/modern-genetics-will-improve-… There are others: genomicprediction.com/news Genomic Prediction was incorporated May 1, 2017, around the time we proved that we could predict your height roughly +/- 1 inch given a drop of your blood: genetics.org/content/early/2018/08/27/genetics.118.301267 Our results have been replicated by many groups, and we've improved upon them a lot since then. But the killer app in embryos isn't height, it's disease. Diabetes, dwarfism, heart disease, cancer. Nobody else does, or has done, anything remotely similar to what we're doing. We want to recruit people who are deeply interested in what we do. What we do is the most important thing we offer. Our work is not easy. It's bleeding edge science. We're all workaholics. Many of us have a math or physics background. We expect all human reproduction to shift towards embryo screening in the coming years. The informatics team is now just a handful of coders. Anyone who joins now, and is good, has a big future.
