The factors that differentiate each learner from one another - • Unique learning needs • Unique learning capabilities and gaps • Diverse learning backgrounds • Preferred learning styles, which are also unique. Meaning the traditional one size fits for all those can never ever be success formula for qualitative education. What makes this worse is that we have been utterly unsuccessful in bridging the gap, between 21st century technology native learners, being taught by 20th century technology migrant teachers, adhering to a 19th century curriculum, while struggling to break a traditional approach of teaching the same content in the same manner in a very limited amount of time. This situation cries out loud for a unique solution an adaptive, personalized, individualized 21st century learning solution. This is why we at Project 3G, built a dynamic technologically adaptive causeway engine for catered learners, which diagnoses, measures and analyses each learners unique learning needs, unique learning capabilities and gaps, diverse learning backgrounds and preferred learning styles and then adapts itself to provide learning content in the most effective multisensory manner, that helps in building maximum synapses, that helps in long retention and best recall.
