Founded in 1990, Garg Consulting Services is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm headquartered in Rocky Hill, CT with an office in Princeton, NJ. GCS currently employs over 80 employees, mainly working on federal and state projects in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. GCS is DBE / MBE / SBE certified with many agencies, particularly throughout the Northeast.

Although GCS has experience in a wide variety of disciplines in the transportation industry, its specialty is rail and transit engineering, including power traction supply, catenary, signal and communications, track, and rolling stock engineering. Our staff is comprised of experts with over 25 years of international rail and transit engineering experience. It is GCS's reputation as an experienced and qualified rail engineering firm which has led to GCS's involvement in high profile rail projects throughout the United States.
