Conversely, farm workers in the U.S. face the risk of abuse and unsafe working conditions, earning an average income of $10K-$12K a year. Not only is this an ethical challenge, it’s also a risk to the brands that buy from these farms.

Ganaz is a workforce management platform for the agricultural industry, addressing communication difficulties between farms and 900+ million farmworkers. Today, our product enables real time communication between workers and employers, bypassing language barriers with automatic translation.
