The founding members, C N Ram, Kumar Padhmanabhan and Manmath Kulkarni, have collective experience in banking technology development and operations of more than 100 years. Apart from the Founders, the FYNDNA team is already 30 strong with real life expertise in banking domain. With this experience behind us, we propose to build a completely re-imagined banking platform from the ground up, and provide banks with a future-proof solution that is flexible, digital, cloud-native and affordable. A zoom into the current market paradigms will make it apparent that core banking systems need a tectonic shift which will enable banks to stay relevant in this changing ecosystem. This is easier said than done as it involves mission critical systems to be migrated unlike building some peripheral apps and integrating them with the core. Cloud with Open source technologies is a powerful and credible alternative to proprietary and on-premises systems. FYNDNA is focussing on building a platform for financial institutions on which any financial product can be built. We are terming it "Financial Middleware".
