Dylan Linksy is a seasoned businessman and an expert in finance. Having successfully exited in several multi-family real estate developments, as well as built a high performing financial services company, he is prepared to fuel this venture and manage it responsibly.
Brett has spent his entire career in Hospitality and Food Tech. He started in wedding catering at 16, and now has 10 years of experience managing tech startups that partner with restaurants to help their businesses. Currently he manages 12,000 clients in a delivery related startup.
FuDi was born out of our realization that it is time consuming and tedious to find the best chefs for your big event. For our college reunion, we spent hours stumbling through pinterest pages and dodgy websites, going back and forth over availability and pricing. Why wasn't the experience as seamless as Airbnb?
With FuDi, wsers will be able to seamlessly find private chefs, caterers, bar tenders, and related event vendors quickly within their local area for their next event. By allowing users to easily filter by pricing, reviews, vendor type, cuisine type -- it will help them compare and confirm the right vendors faster than rummaging through google searches and social media platforms. Similar to how Yelp helps people locate the perfect next meal, we see FuDi delivering the right event solution through profiles that cater to caterers! Videos, photos, reviews, and menus with pricing are the rich content needed to fully express their services and quality.
From the vendor standpoint, it is the best way to advertise their brand and services. Rather than gambling on pay per click ads, they can partner with FuDi and get paid when we sell work for them. That way they can focus on their current work while we handle their marketing, sales, and booking.
