Initially launched in Spring 2014 as an iOS app, Frugl made a big splash winning awards and media attention from the likes of Buzzfeed, The Evening Standard, Reuters and Metro to name a few.

After establishing itself as the go-to app for thousands of users searching for things to do in London – Frugl unveiled its marketplace offering for events and same day offers in Summer 2015. It works by taking the tired voucher model and turning it on its head by giving SME and event promoters the ability to list, manage and promote their unsold capacity across multiple devices, on their own terms and, just as importantly, generate revenue for Frugl.

Frugl spotted the opportunity to create a platform that could target a number of verticals, making it just as easy for businesses to create great opportunities as for people to find them.
