Fresher is a community of fishermen and buyers that we are bringing together to create demand for and support our local US fishermen. 

Local small-scale fishermen are healthier for our oceans. However, they are not typically rewarded for the quality product they provide. They struggle connecting to their local market & building new markets, they are often subject to prices that favour large dockside distributors. Bringing efficiencies to direct sellers creates stronger markets, while providing buyers easy access to superior quality product.

Fishermen are able to post a catch instantly to our marketplace, buyers are then sent an alert saying a catch has just landed. Fishermen set their own prices. Fishermen bring their existing customers to Fresher where they can view what is being caught in real-time and connect instantly. Furthermore, being a member of the Fresher platform brings even more buyers, increasing the resilience of our sustainable US fishing fleet and their communities.
