• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and other channels, handling and resolving inquiries related to memberships, accounts, customer visits, and general feedback.
• Execute on established playbooks to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, while assisting to document and improve processes that already exist.

• Manage inbound customer questions and support tickets via email, chat, and phone, ensuring quick and effective responses to each query.
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process, providing tailored assistance to help them get started and maximize their experience with Nickel.

• Work with the team to come up with ideas and strategies to drive more leads.
• Run & analyze A/B experiments to drive up the conversions across the funnel.

• Work under the Revenue Team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with team objectives
• Participate and engage in team-wide discussions about campaign strategy and approach

• Book and schedule appointments with prospective clients for the sales team.
• Generate leads by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the medical aesthetics industry through phone, email, and social platforms.

• Communicate with clients, answer their questions, resolve issues, and update records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to offer resolutions to clients.

• Create compelling and on-brand visual content, including emails, social media posts, and digital ads, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Prioritize customer journey and conversion optimization in all design work, using insights from analytics and A/B testing to refine and improve designs

• An agile development process that revolves around sprints and spacing to make sure we’re coding efficiently.
• Angular/React, NodeJS, MySQL, and AWS means devs are working on a modern tech stack

• How to coordinate the logistics of campaigns that generate millions of dollars in revenue that involve overseas & domestic vendors

• Collaborate with the sales team to write persuasive sales copy that moves customers through the marketing funnel

• Set quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for your team
• Create and implement strategic programs that improve the art team's efficiency, influence, and productivity

• Answer phone calls and emails, responding to patient inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

• Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and follow-up visits.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic calendars for individuals and teams.
• Proactively address scheduling conflicts, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes and priorities.

• Lead with Purpose: Guide and grow a team of UX/UI designers, helping them stretch their creative muscles and make a difference.
