If the doctor is late, patients can see their personal appointment start time automatically refreshed, precise to the minute. - Reminds patients about their appointments to avoid a cancellation fee, - Allows patients to confirm, reschedule or cancel their appointments. It is a unique innovation because many service providers have significant waiting time issues and yet have no solutions or inadequate solutions to inform their patients. Free Up informs patients directly on their mobile phone. It integrates a smart algorithm to determine the waiting time. The system is fully automated and requires minimum intervention from the service provider. While nobody likes to wait, we need your expertise to gain traction from Doctors. With Free Up, they will save money by reducing their no-shows but also improving patient experience, thus positive referrals.
