Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems, incl robust ETL process
Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance
Establishes the performance baselines, builds dashboards, and transforms data through the use of SQL/Python Programming and SalesForce plugins.
Analyzes performance in terms of revenue, cost and service to identify opportunities to optimize service level, maintain efficiency and minimize cost.
Provides guidance to developing performance metrics, data structure required and connect them to business goals and objectives.
Supports ad-hoc requests from the leadership team by providing data driven conclusions and recommendations to help drive customer retention and growth.

• Lead, grow, and refine the strategy for the Net New Retail, Food, and Beverage team - consists of 6 Sr. Account Executives
• Ensure Customer Success – Obsessive and unwavering commitment to making customers successful

• Improve existing customer-facing how-to articles/technical documentation for better engagement, applying multimedia and user experience skills. This could involve rephrasing, adding visuals, and infusing compelling content or storytelling elements
• Write scripts and create or update product demos or how-to videos

• Design, architect, implement, test, profile, release, and optimize highest quality software/services using RoR/Golang/Java.
• Partner with product manages to analyse product requirements and plan engineering execution

• * Develop and implement cloud operations and security strategies aligned with business objectives
• * Manage and mentor DevOps, SRE, InfoSec, and DevSecOps team leads
